Food Services
We prepare tasty and nutritious meals of local and international cuisine in a sanitary and attractive manner. We want you to enjoy your meals and derive strength and nourishment for the many activities which await you.
Lunch and dinner buffet features entrees of chicken, beef, and wild jungle meats such as caiman (lagarto), peccary (sajíno), paca (majáz), and even forest tortoise (motelo).
A variety of delicious native fish include arapaima (paiche), peacock bass (tucunaré), catfish (dorado/doncella), and others. All meals are served with rice or pasta, yuca (manioc), vegetables of the day, with chonta (heart of palm) or mixed salad, fruits of the day, bread, butter and dessert. We cater to vegetarian and other special diet needs.
Coffee, tea, and rich and varied Loretano fruit refrescos are provided with each meal. Purified drinking water is available at all times. Soft drinks, beer and the finest siete raices tonic liqueur in the region are available except during our shamanic retreats when special dietary guidelines must be followed.Our excellent lodge chefs prepare typical Loretano and international dishes to satisfy the most demanding palate. Breakfast includes eggs prepared to your liking, entree, coffee or tea, fruit and juice, pastry, bread and marmalade.
