Terms
of Registration
Registration requires submission of an application questionaire with signed and notarized waiver of liability and acceptance of terms and conditions. Contact us when you are ready to register and we'll send them to you by return e-mail.
Please note that the waiver of liability/acceptance of terms form must be signed and notarized to be accepted. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement and applies to all future events, programs, and activities in which you may participate with us.Return the completed application questionnaire and notarized waiver of liability/acceptance of terms with a deposit of US$500 to reserve your space. Please convey your deposit as an international money order, certified bank cashier's check via registered mail/return receipt requested.
*Your deposit will be immediately refunded should your application not be accepted for any reason.Balance of registration payment must be received 35 days prior to scheduled arrival date as per our instructions by e-mail. Registration may be possible after the 30-day deadline with full registration payment due at the time of registration..
Program Summary and Exclusions
Ayahuasca Odyssey registration includes:ten days and nights amidst the stunning beauty of the Peruvian Amazon
Registration does not include:
airfare
airport taxes (US$5 domestic/US$28 international airport departure taxes are not included in the ticket price and must be paid before boarding)
bottled drinks (temporary abstinence from alcoholic beverages is required for serious work with the sacred medicines)
restaurant meals
travelers' insurance (including but not limited to personal injury and loss due to accident or theft)
evacuation or emergency medical expenses
items of a personal nature
special personal services, i.e. massage, laundry, etc.Tips and honoraria are appropriate for our local service staff and the esteemed banco ayahuasquero don Rober based on your satisfaction, means, and generosity.
We cannot be responsible for losses due to theft, accident, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Odyssey group size is limited to sixteen people.The illuminating four day Huachuma Serpent Mesa extension is highly recommended. The Serpent Mesa is a joyous and revelatory celebration of the wisdom of the serpent with the grand maestro Huachuma amidst the verdant splendor of the shamanic lower world which is the Amazon.
The Solstice Ayahuasca Odyssey celebration officially commences upon our arrival at the SpiritQuest retreat on the starting date and concludes with breakfast and transportation to Iquitos on the morning of the closing date.
SPECIAL NOTE: To insure coordination of arrivals, we recommend you let us book your Lima-Iquitos-Lima airline tickets here at a cost substantially less than most U.S. travel agencies. Your electronic Lima-Iquitos tickets will be waiting for you at the Aero Condor airline counter at the Lima International Airport. Just present your passport as ID two hours before departure time.
if you wish us to purchase your round trip Lima-Iquitos-Lima airline tickets please check the appropriate space on your application questionnaire. The current airfare costs are indicated on the questionnaire.
Your international flight should arrive in Lima by 0230 hrs on the starting date to insure your connection with the morning Aero Condor Airlines flight 300 to Iquitos. As of January, 2006 this flight departs Lima at 0515 hrs (AM).
Coordination of all arrivals of this flight will assure smooth transition from airport to the rainforest and avoid potential confusion and risk. Therefore if you choose to book your own flights to and from Iquitos, be sure to book your arrival in Iquitos on Aero Condor flight 300 on your arrival date.
NOTE: If booking your own flights within Perú, remember that air travel increases after December 10 and fares often increase as well. We recommend you make your reservations as early as possible to insure your flights.
Early registration insures your space and guarantees the cost.
